Yksityinen puutarha, jonka terassi on etelään päin, on täydellinen lepopaikka nauttia auringosta ja luonnosta.
Se sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Entre-Deux-Mersin alueella, 20 minuutin päässä Saint Emilionista, 35 minuutin päässä Bordeauxista ja vain tunnin ajomatkan päässä Atlantin rannikolta.
Pihapiirissä on uima-allas, jaettu vain omistajien kanssa, joka sijaitsee turvallisesti erillisessä osassa kiinteistöä ja lähes kaksi hehtaaria maata, joka tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa rauhalliseen rentoutumiseen.
